Liebherr Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Upgrade (2017)
A full electrical, controls, hydraulic, and mechanical modernization of a mobile batching plant before export to Egypt.
What We Did
Redesigned the main control panel; developed Delta PLC and HMI applications; integrated SCADA monitoring; upgraded electrical protection; and connected the mixers, conveyors, and weighing and flow sensors.
Outcome
The plant was functionally tested, commissioned, and delivered with centralized monitoring and a more reliable control architecture.
