Karamah Dam – PLC Water Level Monitoring System (2025)
A Modbus-based reservoir level monitoring solution for the Jordan Valley Authority using a GLT-500 sensor, Delta PLC, and HMI.
What We Did
Installed the GLT-500 submersible level sensor, completed field wiring, configured Modbus RS-485 communication with the Delta PLC, developed the HMI display and alarms, and performed calibration and commissioning.
Outcome
The system provides continuous real-time reservoir level monitoring with a confirmed measurement accuracy of ±1 cm for reliable operation and reporting.
