Carton Slitter & Creaser Control System Upgrade (2021)
Control-system modernization for the carton factory of Privatization Holding Company using Delta PLC and HMI.
What We Did
Upgraded the machine control panel, integrated a Delta DVP-28SV PLC and Delta HMI, programmed precise settings for the cutting knives and creasing units, completed field wiring and configuration, and performed testing and commissioning.
Outcome
The upgraded system simplified knife and creasing adjustments, improved setup accuracy, and increased the machine’s operational reliability for carton production.
